Cardiff Ardwyn Singers: Madrigali Fire & Flowers

Cardiff Ardwyn Singers are delighted to announce their debut at Cornerstone, Cardiff’s newest conference and arts centre, with a charity concert in aid of Music in Hospitals and Care. Conducted by David Leggett, ‘Madrigali: Fire and Flowers’ features Italian, French, English and Welsh madrigals and partsongs from the Renaissance to the present; from Monteverdi and Passereau through Pearsall, Finzi and Burtch to Lauridson’s ‘Ov’è, lass’, il bel viso?’. The choir welcomes soprano Emilie Parry Williams to complement this exciting international programme.
Tickets: £15 (Under 18s free) from the choir/on the door
